- Payment Information: We do NOT store direct bank details. However, we store Transaction Reference IDs (UTR) and Screenshots of payments uploaded by you for verification purposes.
- Offline Data: If you donate via our field members, your name, phone number, and donation amount are recorded by our verified members and synced to our secure server.
B. Public Content
- Social Feed: Any posts, images, comments, or likes you submit to the Community Feed are public to other logged-in users.
- Events: Your name may appear in participant lists if you volunteer or donate for specific events.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To verify your identity and process membership applications.
- To generate your Digital ID Card and maintain an official Member Ledger.
- To create donation receipts and track financial transparency.
- To organize blood donation drives based on the blood group data provided.
- To prevent fraud (e.g., verifying blocked users).
- To send you emails or notifications regarding community updates.
3. Data Storage & Security (Firebase)
Our platform is built on Google Firebase. Your data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage.
- We use standard encryption protocols to protect data during transmission.
- Only authorized Admins have access to sensitive verification proofs (like payment screenshots).
- Note: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (e.g., Google Analytics, Hosting Partners), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
5. Your Rights
- Access: You can view your data via the Dashboard.
- Correction: You can update your profile information at any time.
- Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and data, please contact the Admin via our support channel. Note that financial transaction records may be retained for legal auditing.
6. Cookies
JAN UNNATI SEWA SANSTHAN SIKAR uses "cookies" to maintain your session (login status) and save your theme preference (Light/Dark mode). You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options.

- डोनेशन रसीद बनाने और वित्तीय पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए।
- आपातकालीन स्थिति में रक्तदान शिविर आयोजित करने के लिए (आपके रक्त समूह डेटा के आधार पर)।
- धोखाधड़ी को रोकने के लिए (ब्लॉक किए गए उपयोगकर्ताओं की पहचान करना)।
- आपको संस्था के अपडेट और आगामी कार्यक्रमों के बारे में सूचित करने के लिए।
3. डेटा सुरक्षा (Data Security)
हमारा प्लेटफॉर्म Google Firebase पर बना है जो विश्व-स्तरीय सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।
- आपका डेटा सुरक्षित सर्वर (Cloud Firestore) पर एन्क्रिप्टेड रूप में संग्रहीत होता है।
- भुगतान के स्क्रीनशॉट और व्यक्तिगत पते तक केवल अधिकृत एडमिन की ही पहुँच होती है।
- हम आपकी जानकारी को किसी भी विज्ञापन कंपनी (Ad Agency) को नहीं बेचते हैं।
